JARROW V TOW LAW TOWN
Date Added 29/03/2018
Last night we beat Esh Winning away in a hard fought game with great goals by Mick Watson and Kris Goss (2).
On Saturday we welcome Tow Law to Perth Green. We now have ten games to go with seven of these at home.
We have Luke Collins and Max Kirkham available both players having missed tonight's game. Kris Allen and Alexander Bone are doubts through injury but we hope both are available. Peter Kane is injured and hopefully returns within the next two weeks. Jordon Mellish serves the final game of his four match suspension. Our three new signings Aidan McGee, Kris Goss and Darryll Donnelly have now all featured in games which is brilliant for our progression as a club.
Having played Tow Law recently with the result a 1-0 win for us we know Tow Law have a good side and the game at their ground could of gone either way. Tonight's result against Esh Winning was an excellent one and Chris and I are so proud of our lads for their exceptional work rate with three superb strikes for our goals. We know that we always get that desire and now we are starting to create more chances. All the lads have stepped up again, with the team continually improving; which is what we aimed to do as we came into this season. We look to continue that on Saturday against a very good Tow Law team. Tonight's win has taken us to 39 points and moved us up two places in the league and we have the desire to keep this going. We have a great collective spirit and a shared aim of finishing as high up the league as we possibly can. We know another big challenge faces us on Saturday and we are really looking forward to the game .
Regards
Dave
